At Romance, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the full price item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund minus shipping & handling charges, or you may return the full price item(s) within 15 days of the delivery date for exchange or store credit only. Any items returned after 15 days will not be accepted.
Of course, we will have to have the item inspected that the item has not been worn, is unwashed and be otherwise in its original condition with the tag attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted.
Items purchased on sale or used with a promo code are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Any items purchased at a discount of 40% or higher is considered final sale and not eligible for return (refund), exchange or store credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.
RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange or store credit.
If a refund is approved, your payment will be applied back to your original payment method.
Please note: If you purchased a Romance item from a retail store, you must return it to the store purchase, as we are not affiliated with any of our stockists. All independent retailers have their own policies in place.
